Volleyball!

Yesterday we had our last netball practice with our coach. It was fun showing off our skills that we learnt. First we played elimination, I was in team 2 but then our volleyball coach swapped me into the other team, I had betrayed team 2 and won for team 1. I felt guilty, but then again I still won😁. After that we played a tournament(which my team won), and then boys vs girls(which was a draw). I think we all had fun, if you were playing all these events would you have had a good time?

Our Taiwan Buds Are leaving!

Last week on Monday afternoon we had a farewell assembly for Kevin, Hunter and their teacher. Only one of their teachers gave a speech but both Kevin and Hunter gave a speech. All four them received a gift.

They had only stayed at our school for one week because they wanted to go back to their family. If you were there would you get emotional, because I don't get emotional.

Our School Cross-Country!

Last week on Wednesday we had our school cross-country. Everyone's race was determined by their years. Since I was a year seven I raced with all the year seven's in room 12, there were a ton of girls but only three boys. That meant all the year seven boy's would each get a place, and not to brag, but as you can see in the image above, I came first. It was a really fun and tiring race, but everyone managed to do the whole race. How would you feel in a cross-country race?

Jess Is Leaving☹️😞😩

Sadly our schools hip hop instructor is leaving. Today my class and I had our last routine with Jess. She taught us a lot of moves for the hip hop off. She was a magnificent and gracious teacher. Do you like hip hop? I admired the 6 weeks with Jess, we have developed more confidence in our dances.

💰How To Save Money💸

Today we learnt how to get wise with our money. My class and I developed more ways to save money, but still get the things we want. Our advisers name was Jaiden, he helped us a lot. Before I used to spend all of my money on lollies and junk, but ever since we had our first session with Jaiden, I have learnt a lot about money. Oh and if you're reading this Jaiden... i'm not sure how to spell your name and thank you.😂

Last week we had art. We were trying to make an Easter basket. The equipment we needed were

• glue/hot glue gun
• pencil/pen
• ruler

New Tech Work!

Today at Tech I was moved to graphic's with Mr Pineda. He told us to go on a website called Toondoo which was an art type of website. To get started we had to create an account and then create our own avatar. Next we had to write our name but we couldn't write it how we normally would. I did most of my letters as graffiti letters.
